HELP- model 36 info.

i just aquired a blue s&w mod.36, I would like to know the build date of the gun. The serial # is AEZ42**, with cylinder open, it reads MOD.36. info. appreciated

Looks like the DOB on your M36 is Nov. 1984. Don
