You want to be very careful with that supposed 2" Victory. There is a very good chance it has a chopped barrel. If there is no locking lug left under the barrel, you will want to walk away . . .

I'll amplify the caution about a 2" Victory, especially one having no front cylinder extraction rod locking lug on the barrel.

It probably shipped around March 1943. Most Victories with 2" barrels are British .38/200s with chopped barrels (and very possibly other desecrations), and therefore have no collector value. As previously noted, those having no locking lug under the barrel have been chopped.
