Does anyone have any experience using AA2 powder in the Lee Pro Auto-Disk Powder Measure with the Adjustable Charge Bar? I have seen both good and bad reviews about this combination.

I use Accurate #5 quite a bit....

I can tell you it is a little messy but I don't know if the two powders are similar shapes/ sizes.... (I assume aa2 is ball also...)

If its a large flake powder, just watch your consistency when using lighter loads (less then 4gr). Large flake powder and light loads from the Pro, make for a good chance of "bridging" and a squib. They do work fine in the regular auto disk.

If its ball powder it should be fine, even small flake like Bullseye or Power Pistol are ok, JUST large flake like Clays or Unique are problematic.

AA#2 is a fine ball powder just like all the other Accurate Arms Handgun powders.

The bad thing about it is that it is REAL fine spherical balls. It has been known to "leak" a little around the "gasket" from time to time. All in all it is a good combination and I have used it in the past with above average results.
