Welcome to the club. Your first J-Frame will start and addicting process. The J-Frame is a revolver frame that works with just about any method of carry. As far as grips, same thing. I prefer the style of grips that come standard plus a Tyler T-Grip adapter. But if you can find them, they're still around second hand, I really like the Uncle Mikes boot grips. But you'll experiment to find a holster, carry style and ammo that works for you.
