Help with the kids birthday

Two new members of the family a 10-5 4" ser.#D320297 and a 15-3 4" ser#6k96074 can someone give an apx. DOB on these. I'll post some pic's when I pick them up. In my state you have to wait till the judge approves them to be added to your permit
