Here is a first!

I was in love with Penny, being seven or eight when the series was running.

The dude is from out of state, committing Grand Theft, is caught red handed, and is out for posting $250 toward a $2,500 bond.
Oh yeah - I'll bet that he's learned HIS LESSON and won't ever do it again....

And there's THEEEE problem!

will a state extradite a wanted person to the state that wants them? im wondering cause 250 isnt much of an assurance ...heck 2500 isnt too much to pay for freedom either.
i dont think many would show up for court if this is the case

I would think they would go get him. Shouldnt be any problem for a extradition order or warrant. Once about 55 years ago in wisconsin I was present when a game warden was writeing up a guy from illinois for fishing to close to a dam past some posted buoys. The guy asked what would happen if he didnt show up in court. The warden simply said I will come and get you. I thought it was a chicken ---- offense myself. A little later I worked for the department but a different branch. They did want to transfer me to the LE side but I found something else.
