I recently purchased a set of Herrett grips from another forum but they don't fit my pistol. They are supposed to be for a "K" frame, SB but are to big for my Model 19. They say Genuine Herrett's Model MP on the sticker. They measure 2 inches across at the bottom inside, where the grip frame would sit. Can anyone tell me if they are for a "N" frame, SB. I don't have a N frame to measure. Are they 2 inches across at the bottom of the grip frame. I plan on posting them for sale and want to be able to describe them accurately. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Those look to be for a Ruger Security Six, similar, but the locator pin hole is forward, not centered

They are for a Colt, not sure which one though, could be a D-frame or I or E frame.

I am not an expert, but based on pin location, I agree. Far more likely an I/E (same), if they are large for a K. And the 2" measurement does correspond to my Official Police (E), allowing 1/32" clearance front & back.

Alright. I appreciate the help. Contacted the seller to see if we can work out a refund. If not I will try and sell them on the Colt forum.

These are Herrett square butt S&W. They are marked RK. Round butt are marked RKR. Hope this helps! Bob
