Glad to finally join a group discussing the finest handguns ever made!!! I have owned and used Smiths all my life,to me there is no equal. I recently bought a 6" target masterpiece at a pawn shop and was trying to date it when I found this forum. I think it was made about 1949-1950, sn k108xxx. I look forward to increasing my knowledge and being able to pick everyone's brain about vintage Smiths
