Hello all. I've lurked here for a good while and finally decided to join in.

I'm a long time collector, or accumulator as my wife calls it.
I'm interested in all types of older firearms. I used to be an FFL with my own shop where I did sales and gunsmithing.

Hurricane Katrina took my son, destroyed my home, and my shop. I never really had the heart to start over so I retired.

I still maintain a great interest in firearms and shooting. Thanks for having me.

A special welcome from Northeast Mississippi! I know too well what Katrina did to the coast in 2005. My wife is from Biloxi and her parents survived the storm on property less than 200 yards from the back bay. I will never forget the devastation we saw when we visited a couple of months later. Welcome from Upstate South Carolina. Far enough from the coast to avoid the really mean weather.
We like accumulators here. I like most anything with a hammer. Striker-fired guns are suspicious.
