Hi, I am a 67 year old S&W lover from forever. Worked in the film Ind for 30 years, now retired. Twenty years ago I took up Trapshooting and my collection of handguns have been sitting in the safe all this time. Trap Shooters just don't get handguns, my shotgun is just a tool to break targets with but my passion has always been the handgun. I am going to part with some fine Smiths in the near future, you can look for them on the for sale section. The best to you all, Lewis.....

Welcome to a great Forum. Good people and solid information. I am still working in the movie industry.

Thank you,

Thanks to all of you folks to take the time to welcome me here, Lewis....

Welcome to the forum from Wild, Wonderful, West Virginia!!

If you hang around here awhile, you may end up buying more handguns than you plan on selling!! We are a great bunch of enablers!!

Best Regards, Les

Hang on there Lewis !.... I shoot trap, (poorly),and skeet,(worse yet), kayak, golf, bike, and all the other, "wastes of time I know of", but none of them have carved a notch out of my passion for "Smiths".

The passion has been shaded a time or two, but never completely waned.

I'm glad you are here, I expect many of us will be fascinated by stories of your "California film industry" time, (confidentiality where appropriate of course. (Or perhaps NOT ! )

While all us here will be pleased at a "shot" at getting a long-put-away S&W, none of us would want you to leave the ranks of S&W owners.

At any rate; welcome Lewirose. At age 67 you're just a budding flower of youth amongst this bunch.

Welcome from the boonies of KS.
Hope you enjoy the forum.

Understand shotguns only when I shot on Trap and Skeet teams and did Sporting Clays. After I quit those hobbies the handguns returned.

Sorry you have to part with some.
