Hi everyone,

I currently own one S&W revolver, a nickel Model 15 with a 2-inch barrel and a serrated trigger, but am looking to purchase more in the future. I love my Glock 26 (I can hear the groans), but would like to add a S&W semi-auto to my collection along with an M&P long gun or two.

I am retired Air Force and now work as a contractor for the Air Force.

I am really looking forward to checking out the forums and learning more about these great weapons.

Mike, I'm retired Air Force too! Thanks for your sacrifices! Welcome from Northwest Georgia!

Welcome from Texas Mike Great forum for all things S&W, have fun, learn lots, share what you know.

Nothing wrong with a Glock, carried a 21C for several years as duty sidearm.

Very good tool, reliable, accurate enough for government work, etc, etc.

The thing I have come to understand about Glocks is this -
They do not have a soul.

My 4506 and my M&P 45 have a soul. They were more than my sidearm, they were/are my trusted partners.

Folks outside the law enforcement, and the shooting world look at me just a little strangely but we that are involved in carrying a sidearm know of what I speak.

Welcome to the forum from KY!

There are lots of helpful and knowledgeable folks here.

I think you will enjoy your time here.

Hello Mike and welcome aboard from Michigan!

Also, thanks for your service to our Country!!

Welcome from TN, Mike! And another "thank you" for serving our country!

Welcome from GA! If you want to add a S&W semi-auto to your arsenal, dare to be different and consider a Model 41 if you want a rimfire or a 52 if you want a centerfire.

Smith and Wesson's are just like any other gun...all you need is one more!
