High VIZ Sights for a 686?

I currently use a 686-3 (seven shot) as my home defense gun but the standard sights are pretty hard to see in low light.

What options are there for high visibilty sights?

I am not sure how hard it is to change the front sight or what's available.

I don't remember if the -3 has a removable sight or not. If it does you can get one from Dillon or:
