Hogue Grips for 6906...Installation tips?

I just bought the Hogue rubber grip for my 6906. It has a worn out set of Hogue's on it already.
Do I need any special tools to install the new set?
I should have checked before I bought them, but they were only $10 at a local pawn shop for the brand new grip.

If it is already wearing a set of Hogue's, you'll need nothing more than a screw driver to remove the screws from each panel. Someone already did the hard job of punching the mainspring pin and installing the Hogue spring retainer. You're good to go.

do your grips have the finger grooves. I want hogues but would like em without finger grooves. I dont even know if they were even made that way.
