#645 holster

Go into out accessories for sale and look at Robbt s post for vintage holsters. He has a black Bianchi basket weave thumb break Binachi model 19 for cheap money.
jframejoey... Thanks for the person member here on this forum regarding holsters for a #645.
I have P.M. him several times regarding the Bianchi holster that you mentioned on your post. Unfortunately I have had no response to my inquiries regarding same. Thanks again for your help and research ... Best to you...George K...

Far better: Beretta 92F. Even has the 5 inch barrel that the SIG lacks.

Red, I saw your response and as I too have a large trigger guard 4506 it peaked my interest. Started doing a web search and ran across a Bianchi 19L for a Beretta 92 on Amazon. I needed a left hand and you know how that can go. Well the price for the left hand model was, sit down, $16 and change with tax. So I thougt "what could go wrong". Ordered it and when received in new condidtion, fit the 4506 well. The only issue was the thumb break strap that needed a bit of persuasion to snap up. After a few days of being snaped up it is now an acceptable fit. Thanks so much for your suggestion.
File this under lucked out and worked for me.

Back in the day , every old school gun store had a box full of used ( leather) holsters . Every time I had a slightly uncommon handgun , and test fit into any holster that looked vaguely close , and was usually successful . ( Nowdays , I opperate in the reverse . Any interesting used leather at decent price, I just buy, figuring I have something to fit it , and I'm usually right . The only thing that occasionally stumps me are holsters specifically for Colt D frames .)

If you cannot find a holster designed specifically for the S&W Model 645, then a holster for the Beretta 92/96 will work just fine.
