Holster for M&P with weapon light?

I just mounted a StreamLight TLR - 4 (light/laser combo) on my M&P .45 and need a holster recommendation.

Does anybody have a recommendation or know who makes holsters for the M&P with a weaponlight attached to it?

I bought one from Raven Concealment. Not cheap and I waited nearly two months for it to be made! But I wouldn't go any other way.. Plus I can use it inside or outside the waist band.

They've recently introduced a shoulder rig that will work with their waistband models, so you can go either way.
