Hi- I finally got my hands on a 57-5 4" Mountain Gun. I'm looking for some EDC holster recommendations. I tried searching first, but couldn't find if the MG requires a different holster than a standard 57.

Apologies if posted as new thread in this group...

thanks!

Here is the holster I use for my Model 25-6 Mountain Gun. Built by a member of this forum. I prefer to use small leather smiths. They provide excellent product with more features than the big companies.

Any holster that lists 4" N Frame should work for your M57 Mountain Gun. I carry my 657 Mountain Gun in a Simply Rugged Sourdough Pancake. Seems to work fine.

Here are a couple I can highly recommend for your 4" N Frame:

Milt Sparks 200AW

Kramer Vertical horsehide

Groo here
A Simple Rugged panncake holster will work well.
Got one for my 3in M-657...

I own a 629-2 Mountain Gun and any N frame 4" rig will work. Fortunately there are a lot of makers and models to choose from.
