Both my pistols have lasers and the 9mm also has a light with the laser, looking for a holster that will hold either pistol. I am good on CCW but need something for open carry, have shoulder holster and leg/ankle holster but need hip holster

The .45 Shield is larger than the 9mm, you might be able to get away with a leather holster for both as leather has some "give".
In Kydex, you could get a holster made for the .45 Shield, and the 9mm would fit, just be a little sloppy. Assuming you have the same brand/model of lasers on both guns.
Two holster makers I have bought from that make lots of models for Shields with various lights and lasers are On Your 6 Designs, and Gunner Custom.
Gunner has been too busy to update his website to show the OWB holsters he makes, you'd have to call or e-mail him to discuss OWB offerings.

You might also look at Vedder Holsters. Great minimalist Kydex.
