Holster options for SIG P210 (Swiss version)

I'd really like to find something in a plastic retention holster for run&gun events and also something a bit more classy for BBQ-gun duty.
So far, the only holster I've seen for the P210 is the military full-flap, and that's a bit much for what I'm after.
The Swiss guns ar narrower in the slide than the new American gun that uses the same model number, so would flop-around in a holster for one of those.

A friend gave this to me, it fits the 210 like a glove. Maybe it's for the 210, maybe not. All it says on the back is SIG, holster model # and maker.
