Holster question

I just came across a couple of DeSantis holsters that have been in storage for at least 30-35 years. One of the is a model 83 that I thought was for my 422 and the other is a DeSantis P2. Does anyone have any idea what S&W models these are for ? Thanks in advance for the assistance.

I know they suit multiple models but it doesn’t look molded / pattered for my revolvers ( a 6” 66 and snub nose 36) it looks like it’s molded for a semi , so I thought my 422 but it doesn’t fit. Maybe a 439 ?

Holster models are for the general style, not the model gun. They make 83s for a number of different guns, but they appear to be single actions:

Can't find a P2 reference, but same problem. No markings otherwise?

I just checked the link you sent. Thanks. I tried the DeSantis web site this afternoon but couldn’t find anything. I’ll have to dig out my 66 and see if that fits.

just yesterday someone else asked a nearly identical question about two DeSantis holsters. This is what I told him Did it ever occur to you to simply call DeSantis and ask them? : 631 841 6300?
