First Welcome to the forum. Next you will never know whats best for you till you try the :O I know no help but we are all different..You want IWB ,OWB or both?
For me I love my Alien Gear Holsters and so does my son and his wife. Plus they have a great price and a nice 2 fer deal
I also have 2 Jel Tech Kydex holster that I use more the AG
JelTecHolsters | Budget Minded Products Oh no another choice lol
Also use the search box and type in Holsters ton of threads :O So opinions will be many you may be able to test wear a few at your LGS!

Welcome to forum.Do what a lot of us have done.Buy one of each for every gun you own.Until you find what works for you.Then put the others in boxes in your closet.

Everyone I've ever asked has said that they have a box-o-holsters. LOL

If you plan on carrying iwb, I would recommend checking out Clinger holsters. I have the stingray for my Shield and really like it.

For IWB (Inside the Waist Band) I prefer kydex because it is just thinner than leather and IWB carry needs thin in my opinion. Alien Gear, Crossbreed, Foxx, Galco and others have such holsters. Again, to keep the profile as thin as possible, I like those like the Alien Gear/Crossbreed/Galco King Tuck that have the belt clips set either side of the holster rather than on top.

For on waistband (OWB) kydex works too, of course, but I personally prefer leather. And for OWB concealment, it is truly hard to beat the basic "Pancake" style holster. Every manufacturer makes one. There's a reason for that. Mine is a Lobo Gun Leather enhanced pancake, nice holster at a fair price.

Get a high quality, purpose built holster belt first, if belt mount is your choice. Makes all the difference in how a belt mounted holster carries.

I have the Remora, N82, and DeSantis ProStealth and there is something I don't like about each of them. Just ordered a Stealthgear...we'll see, or I'll need a larger box.

Stay away from DeSantis. They come with a 1 year warranty. Mine has extreme wear after 5 months so I sent it back as instructed. They sent it back to me and said to just buy a new one. They won't stand behind their products if you have a problem so spend your money else where.

Welcome to the forum,
As said, trial and error. We all have a drawer of the ones we were sure to like.
I settled on a Remora Clip Holster. very comfortable and versatile. Can be worn IWB or OMB, right side or left.
I use mine for a 380. It goes on in the morning and off at night. In between, I have to check to see if I have it on. It's that comfy.
