I was playing around recently and made a mag/light back poket holster. Well, first of all I messed up the Kydex when it stuck to the pan it heated it on. I then found out it was a bit too wide for two pairs of my pants.

My solution was to order some new Kydex and make a single mag holster for my M&P40's. I got the material from Knifekits.com. I just scraped up some stuff around the house and made a makeshift press. I am going to build a dedicated press soon with better foam for a much better form. Here is the one I just finished today.

Lookin good. Is molding kydex hard to do yourself?

Not at all. There are a lot of good instructional video's on youtube. They do a better job of explaining it than I do. The material is pretty cheap as well.
