How many of you have tried this, and how have your results been? I've so far tried their .22-250 50gr. V-MAX, and the .270 140gr. SST. The .22-250 is showing wonderful accuracy (about .5 min.) in both a Marlin X-7 Varmint and a Ruger Varmint 77 Mk-II, but I'm getting slightly sticky bolt lift with the Ruger. From my 77 Mk-II .270 sporter in an H-S Precision stock, which is a sub-1 min. rifle with other, much cheaper factory ammo, I'm getting mediocre accuracy combined with sharp, fast recoil from the 140gr. load.

I've had uniformly excellent results with Hornady rifle ammo in .223 and .308, with both standard loads and "Light Magnums" (.308 only), as well as in 6.5 Grendel, so I've been a little surprised by the "glitches" in the Superformance loads.

Tried some in my 243win. The 95 gr. SST load. Advertised velocity is 3185 fsp I believe. I got 3070 fsp average velocity
from a 22 inch barrel. Accuracy was very good from my rifle which does not shoot some factory ammo well. I can't say how they will perform on game but they should be ok. I was impressed that they showed no signs of pressure in my rifle but your results may differ.

Have had good results from both 80g GMX and 95g SSt in my Ruger M77 tang safety RSI,18.5" barrel. Will be hunting pigs with the 80g GMX this weekend. Tried the 139 gr in my WBY 7mm-08, it was pretty good, better than Fed Fusion; but the Barnes VorTx 120gr TTSX was by far the best factory ammo i have shot. Same for the Barnes in my .270Sako, 130g TTSX was tight and killed everything it was pointed at. Try the Barnes.
