I'm also interested. I haven't heard "pen knife" in a long time. Is that different from a "jack knife?" Whoever gets that gets a cool-looking knife.
I remember one day at camp I asked my dad why the blades come out one side on some, and others have a blade like this one on each end. Dad said "because if you throw it there's a much better chance it will stick." Of course I believed him. I broke a few good, to me, pen knives trying to stick them into a tree. I learned Dad had a sense of humor! Also $1.49 for a knife was quite a few pop bottles!
