How many Marketing exec's, Designer's, Ad men, Etc. working at S&W spend how many hours trying to decide what would be the Next Great Gun to make? BILL'S Please! Would you buy one? Only One? They would sell out in a week.Hope some big wig at Smith is reading this. Pipe up Boys. Maybe if everyone emails Smith with a pic of Bill's gun. Ideas? Think I want one?

Unfortunately, if S&W made one, it wouldn't be the same revolver.

It wouldn't be pinned and recessed.

It would have MIM parts, and a lock on it.

And that beautiful S&W blue finish? That wouldn't be there either.

If they put the really nice finish on it, it would drastically increase the price.

I'm sure S&W COULD make a revolver that looks fairly similar to the picture above, but it would cost $1200 to $1500 dollars.

And the trigger action, in both DA and SA, STILL wouldn't be anywhere near as nice as the older S&W revolvers have.

Sad but true, I'm afraid.
