I bought it a Faith Armory. He actually has 5 or 6 other pre-lock smiths in his case at the moment.

Cool. Thanks, I like to buy a lot of pre-lock smiths. I don't do to Faith very often. Only when I am working in the area. Centerfire also has a lot of smiths that come in. Currently he has a model 66-1 and a couple of 1917s. I am not a fan of Stainless, but it is almost a guarantee I will buy a blue smith I come across.

You didn't steal it, but you paid a fair price. My first handgun was a 686 4" barrel that I paid $500. We also have high handgun prices in the Peoples Republic of Massachusetts.

Thanks, that is exactly the type of holster I am looking for. I may have to order one for my 1911 at the same time.

What you looking for is an "avenger" style rig. It's a wrap around designed by Bruce Nelson as his Professional and it is a much copied holster. Bianchi sold theirs as the Askins Avenger. Lobo Gun Leather does what Ray calls his Enhanced Avenger.
