How do I post a picture?

I have a new computer with windows 7. I had windows XP before and it was fairly easy, now nothing is easy. I'm 77 years old and not a whiz on this thing, so keep it simple. I tried three times to get a picture of my pre mod 15 to post on the forum, but no luck. Thanks guys

Two options.

(2) On the page where you compose a message for posting, look down below the message box for a button that says "Manage Attachments." Click that, then find the photo you want to post on your own computer and attach it to your post. When you submit the post, the image comes along and appears in your post as a thumbnail that gets bigger when a reader mouses over it.

Picture attached/finally

Here is a picture of pre-model 15. FINALLY!

Congrats on getting the pic posted and nice gun you have there! Sometimes it takes a while to figure these crazy machines out.

that is a nice one! my son was my computer whiz, til he went off to college, then i had to start figuring this stuff out on my own. sometimes i get it, and lots of times, i just don't!
