How 'rare' is a 2" fixed sight 317?

I own a pre-lock snubbie AirLite 317. Mine is not very accurate with high speed ammo so I shoot standard velocity ammo. Due to the lightweight and heavy trigger pull, it is difficult to shoot off-hand, but I do well enough off a bench.

I bought this brand new, for $250.00 and change, the first year it was introduced. A company named Jumbo Sports went out of business and cut their prices to move all inventory. I was in the right place at the right time.

Shown with my 650 and 63.

Purchased a 317 snub for my daughter. When I can get it out of her hands, it makes for a great little practice gun for my J-frame carry pieces. She loves it!
