I'm not trying to get political and drag out all the clichés, jokes, and animosity. What i'm after, and please forgive me if this topic has been covered i'm new here, is how should we refer to the panic buying, the empty store shelves, the limits on purchases, the lack of ammo and reloading supplies, the elevated prices/gouging, the general craziness that has descended upon the market for shooting supplies for the last few years?
I think maybe the wave of changes or efforts to change legislation is a separate but obviously related issue. Since this latter issue has been largely driven by the terrible acts of sick people that has left good people irreparably harmed i think it's best left apart from my question above.
What about the 'the troubles' or 'the madness'
How about "The panic of 2010 and 2012"
Would you all agree on that those were the peak years?
What do you think?
