How to level S&W 41 rear sight

Hi..I have bought an used S&W 41 and the rear sight is not level about 1/16 inch...is this a cast item so I cant risk trying to bend it level?

How do I remove the sight....is a punch out style and if so which side do I remove and install from?

Can both adjustment screws be completely remove?
