The easiest way is to pick up the URL from a photo site such as Flickr. If you have a Flickr account I will be happy to walk you through it in a PM. If you do not have an account, it is a simple process to open one and it is free.

Photobucket works well too. Upload your photos, copy the IMG line, paste in your post and bam you have a pic.
