I have had a couple of S&W on my "List" for a while and over the last month or so I have picked up both of them.
First one is a 45acp revolver 1917 was at the top of the list but for me not going to happen but a 1937 Brazilian came up for sale at a decent price.

Second one a 617-6 New for Steel Challenge again good price couldn't let it go

It fits perfect in my cowboy action holster and I had a set of Pachmayr Gripper Grips that I got for free that I had laying around here

I recently discovered a "hoser" is a real term and not just something that Bob made up . In Louisiana the swamps don't freeze over and no one knows how to play hocky or ice skate .
