Hey folks I'm a Smith and Wesson owner from up in Canada, Northern Ontario to be specific..I'm fairly new to owning firearms but have been interested in them for years. Well I'm 65 years old and got my PAL and RPAL last year..Those acronyms stand for Possession and Acquisition licenses and Restricted PAL...Took about 6 months to get both licenses after passing the courses and background checks...The RCMP take their time with this stuff just to discourage us...But once you get the go ahead it's well worth it...I am the current owner of a S&W M&P .40 with a Storm Lake .9mm barrel and a S&W 586-M...Both excellent firearms.
