I'm glad I stumbled into this forum - sort of like a blind dog in a meat shop. I came looking for info on my grand dad's .38 S&W revolver that he purchased in 1915. I still shoot it and it's darned accurate.
I'm newly retired. I said good bye to the office in February of 2011, loaded up the wife and step son and moved to Oregon. So good bye California, good bye Los Angeles. The wife is a native Oregonian and we all LOVE it here.
The only bad part of all of this is by surfing through this danged forum I am getting more and more interested in Smith and Wesson products. I had planned to spend what available funds that come in on rifles and fly fishing equipment. Such is life!
