Hi All,

I forgot to say howdy. I'm brand new to the forum. I've been in LE since 1997 and a firearms instructor since 1999. I'm always looking for good information to keep me informed on Smith and Wesson weapons; partiuculary any issues that may arise with them. My department recently switched to the M&P .40 and am curious to see if anyone has experienced any problems with them.
