Maybe I missed this in the forum,I have received E-Mails re. these two bills,Sb-2099 requires gun owners to report all guns that you own to be reported on 2010 tax return pay a $50 tax on each gun,to be fingerprinted,subject to physical and mental exam,random search, to see if guns are securely locked.HR-45 Blair holt requires liscensing of ALL guns.
