I just got one of the new "District of Columbia" quarters in change today. On the back there is
"District of Columbia", "E Pluribus Unum", "Justice for All", and a likeness of Duke Ellington and his piano. ??????????????????
Am I missing something?

You got a misprint. It should have said, "Justice for All, Except Those Who Might Need a Weapon to Protect Themselves".

Yeah I'm sure. It says "Duke Ellington" on the piano.

I understand they're bring out several more quarters. D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.
