I've gotten so sick of mumbly marblemouth young women speaking Valley Girl with uptones or vocal fry tones at a machinegun pace, I hang up and start over. Why is it that medical practices, especially, and other businesses as well, use people with bad voices to record their robo messages, or even worse, for live customer service lines?
