It reminds me of my brother-in-law's tofurkey fiasco. It didn't get to the second bite bite before it got tossed. Not even the raccoons ate that disaster.
Fortunately, there was a real turkey backup, so Thanksgiving was still good.

#5 reminds me of a time I caught a Carp on a set line. Had a Black friend that had told me how much he liked Carp, never had eaten Carp so I thought I would filet and freeze it and after long enough to get over the sight of it cook it and give it a try. After several months in the freezer I gave up, thawed it and gave it to my cats. Even the cats wouldn't eat it!!!! Decided I sure am not going to eat fish that a cat won't.
