Who has one? For sure the guy across the street does. His cat ambushes folk in the street in the evening and pretty much demands to be petted. Once you start, you are given a week to finish. There's no simply walking away, he'll follow you, straight into the garage given half a chance. Rather than be mean and shoo him away, my wife has to close the garage door then let me in the front while I tell him "no" as he tries to follow me in.
Maybe it's just me. I have been "that guy" with other people's pets since I can remember.
"Only my husband can put a leash on Fang...oh and that kid Steve next door"
Buddy's mum: "What's the cat doing on your lap?"
Me, thinking the cat isn't allowed on the furniture: "Errm, sleeping."
Buddy's mum: " So I see. It's just that I've never seen her get on anyone's lap."
Owner: "Please don't tell me you just gave the macaw something."
Me: "Oh no. It was a piece of apple. Is he allergic?"
Owner: "No, but you see this scar on my hand..."
Maybe I just smell friendly or something.
