HYVE Extension in a PC 45 Shield?

Is anyone using the hyve extended mag with their 45acp Performance Center Shield. Saw a link and followed it, 8+1 as a back up mag sounds good! However, their website stated they haven’t tried it with the PC Version, so before I drop the money, is anyone using one win that model 45 Shield? Thanks in advance.....
