I actually got up, Cleaned out the bed of the pick up I've been meaning to do for about 2 years.
Was going to go to the gun shop and get a 63 I have been waiting for, Not there yet,,, So I figure that after lunch I will think of something to do...... Need to do some laundry, But it can wait.

clouds turned into drizzle. Hell is for Heroes comes on at 3:15 on TCM. Watching that Steve McQueen classic is pretty much the only constructive thing I'm going to do this afternoon.

Redlevel, if you're serious, I can help.

If you're sure you've slept in long enough today, stick with your original plan to wait until after lunch. I find that stressing about doing chores is very tiring, which is counterproductive to doing anything.

After lunch, you need to take a break. It's never safe to get productive on a full stomach.

Then, sit in front of your PC and make the "list." This will help you to figure out what you want and need to do, and prioritize the items. Take the time to play with various font colors to denote importance of the tasks. Then add some check boxes, so when you really get up and running, you can track the success of your productive day plan.

Since you're sitting at the PC for this part anyway, it can't hurt to check back on the forums for a minute or two.

While online, check the weather forecast. Outdoor conditions may have adversely affected some of the things on your list...which means you may have to adjust your list priorities. Go back to the list, restructure, fix color code, and reprint.

You've now prepared yourself. As a reward, sit on the couch for a few minutes, now that the monumental day plan has been completed.

I prefer to rest from chore-list making by watching [sort of] golf. It's nice and quiet, the scenery is usually nice, the weather sunny, and the commentators tend to talk quietly in soothing tones. Remind yourself that you're resting up for the big push...as the commentators whisper about the three foot putt that's coming up...in hushed tones...soothing and quiet voices....and...and...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I accomplished something.

I watched the movie Snakehead Terror on the Scifi channel.

Now it is time for a vodka.

Good Lord, man. Hide under the blankets. Did you say 48? I'm not sure my freezer is that low.

Beautiful day in the mid-80's (Florida) here so I won't need a heavy jacket.
