I am having a S&W customer service nightmare, REPLACEMENT SHIPPED!!!!

I did recieve the new gun, and it did work. But this whole mess soured me so much that I traded it off for something else. I will never buy another new S&W product period. I have older models, and their great, but this lean production garbage, I have had enough. The aggravation of this whole thing was just more than I'm willing to put up with.
