I couldn't help myself Model 19-5

I was at my LGS last Tuesday and spotted a 4" Model 19-5. I'm not sure if it has the box or not, but either way I just called and had them hold it for me.
I'd have preferred an earlier variation since the 19-5 isn't pinned and recessed, but this thing is just beautiful and the bluing is gorgeous.
I've been wanting to replace one I had years ago for a very long time.

Congrat on your new S&W.. Recently bought the Model 19-9 myself.

I picked up a nice 19-5 about 3 years ago and sent it off to Nelson Ford for his trigger and action job, best investment I ever made in a revolver. Fantastic shooter but I avoid the really hot .357 stuff to protect the forcing cone. Look forward to your pic's and shooting report.
