The wife is on some new diet where you eat a bunch of times a day-supposed to keep you from ever getting hungry-you eat less and loose weight.
I told her that for it to work she needs to eat LITTLE meals a bunch of times a day. Regular meals ain't gonna do it.

Oh-I'm eating out tonight........Might be sharing the couch with Angus too

Won’t Angus let you share his dish? Could save you from spending some money on gas!

The key to weight loss is eating high fats - all meats, real cheese, heavy oils (olive, coconut), eggs, butter, nuts, avocados etc - fills you up so you are seldom hungry.

I lost 55-60 lb this way.

Slow learner, eh? :D

I like the line, "That's all cows eat..." Have to remember that one. I see a lot of salads being served that are big enough to keep a cow happy. :D

No blood, no foul...until she clocks you with a cast iron frying pan you are free to make such constructive comments at will.

I know from my experience that that really works. The key is limiting carbohydrates so the that the fat is not used efficiently or stored. Limited (5 years?) testing by the pros seems to indicate that it is safe. I believe that some Africans have known this for years. I first heard of it as the Atkins diet, but it seems to be repeated under many different names. It will give you bad breath if you don't already have it, and I'm not sure what the long-term effect is on the intestine of someone who has colon cancer in the family.

I have chosen quite a different diet, but those who report the results of this one know whereof they speak.

As a child a friend's father caught him smoking and made him smoke a whole pack of cigarettes back to back to cure him.

Maybe having her eat ham, tomato, and onion sandwiches, heavy with mayonnaise one after the other until she can’t move would cure her of over eating.

Well it would be fun to try at least…..

And at least it probably would cure her of eating ham, tomato, and onion sandwiches.

What 4011 said. I'd sleep lightly for a couple of nights if I were you.

I don't think a couple of nights will cut it. We're talkin' about weight here.

Wives never forget anything! And they only forgive a very small percentage of your sins. Is that not marriage rule #1?

Cows have 4 stomachs to digest all that grass - better to eat the cow.

I will just say that at 66 I have never felt better - more energy for sure - feel like I am 10 years younger - my latest profile was the best I've ever had - 105/75 cholesterol (bad/good).

Good luck with your diet - personally, I have never found a diet to work for me.

My lady friend and I went to lunch today. She polished off her brisket sandwich and asked why my was only half eaten. I told her that I was watching my weight! I may be out of the hospital tomorrow!

Retired, I can't recommend this diet to those
still working their profession.

To stave-off unecessary dietary intake simply
substitute beer. I recommend one or two per hour depending on your weight and tolerance.

I am not a M.D. nor Dietician and will dissavow any
harm from this should anyone be harmed or satisfied
by this advice.

Just gettin older and bolder.:D

Remember the old rule about counting to ten before speaking or acting? It never worked for me either! :D
