Congrats! I considered it my holy grail revolver too. First thing I did though was ask S&W to replace my case... the cheap aluminum one came with a broken latch and scratch. They sent me a plastic, more durable one for free and didn't even ask for the aluminum case back.

Just as a side question.. did your gun come with those grips or did you purchase them separately?

Those 5 Star Speedloaders are definitely made to high quality, but personally I'd rather just go with moonclips. I think my problem with the 5 Star Speedloader is that its definitely capable of the rounds coming loose without too much effort. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the Safariland speedloaders that keep the rounds in very secure and really pops the rounds into the cylinder when used correctly. Unfortunately they don't make em for the 8 shotters (at least not to my knowledge) otherwise I'd have some now.

Sorry, not to rain on the parade of those who are enjoying theirs, but I figure I'd give the other side of the story too. Like I said though, they're made of high standards. I'm just not 100% sold on the way they operate and have a different preference (no handle twisting to put rounds into cylinder).
