I found Magpul 30 round and 18 AR15's

I stopped at a gun store 200 miles from home and jokingly told the clerk I'd take a case of 5.56 and a couple bricks of .22.

Of course he said he didn't have any, but he had some a few days ago.

I asked about pmags and he said he had a bunch of those. $18 each. I started to quiver.....

Then he said they were at his house and he's saving them for the gun show coming up in 3 weeks. Along with 18 AR's, including a dozen from S&W (4 were 15-22's).

No amount of begging could get him to let me have a couple pmags....

I've got one mag for my AR.

But things do look like they are coming around. The store owner said he was prepared for a heck of a drop in sales this summer because so many have bought more than they need.

ETA: He told me the AR's would be tagged at $1100.

He was more than likely BS'n you if he wouldn't sell you a couple and the GS was still 3 weeks off.

Remind him of that this summer when he want's half your sandwhich and his sales are down the dumper.

Why the P Mags? Brownell's have there brand mags that people say there great no issues at all.. I know over x mass they had there brand in 30rd with anti tilt MagPul followers for $12 bucks.. I Have seen them in stock again for $15 since then and there getting more and more in every now and then.. George

It was at Bear Paw in Rice Lake, and he didn't say he would charge more, he just wanted the stock for the gun show. So he will sell them for $18 a mag, but not until the show.

I can see his point. He paid for a booth at the show, and he wants to have desirable products. I think he'll sell out in 10 minutes.
