well after just about 6 weeks my 5 free mags came in a neat little box delivered by the us post office, they are PMAG and have M&P15 stamped on them. all is well with the world, pghrich

I heard that. I checked the website on 6/07, it said that the info had been received, and that it was a valid submission, with no info on ship date........... I received the mags the next day via USPS! took 7 weeks total.
Just re-checked the website. It says that the magazines that I received 6/08 have NOT been shipped!!! So much for accurate updating.........

I'm kicking myself. I forgot to put the receipt in the frakking envelope, and got that in the mail SIX WEEKS after I mailed it in. Why does it take so long to process this stuff?

Mine took 14+ weeks with the last two weeks spent on the phone trying to get S&W to figure out where my mags were. They finally mailed them to me.

I was not at all impressed with the customer service I had trying to get my mags. It was always "I'll get that info and call you back".....time after time. Amazing they were.

This morning, I called the contact number on the tracking site. The lady who answered told me there's large demand and Smith & Wesson said it'll take 10 weeks from the date a valid submission was recieved.

I got my mags today - about four weeks! BTW, they have the M&P15 logo on them.
