It was my DIL and son's and they are anal about maintenance plus I had a little room in the safe !
So now I have a M&P 1.0 Full Size with Night Sights !
Never had night sights before so will see how I like them !
Also looking at the Tru Glo TFO sights !
If anyone used those please chime in !

I had some green/green TFO on a Shield 1.0, I was content with them. They did theoretically make the already short sight radius even shorter, but I was still able to shoot it just fine.

I just installed green front/yellow rear for a co-worker who had an old XD9 (I keep trying to sell her on the M&P) to replace her dead night sights. She thinks that they're a big improvement over her old, traditional night sights even when they did work. If you prefer a bigger center dot on the front sight, you might prefer the TFX or TFX Pro.

My 1.0 like that had HORRIBLE accuracy. Looked like a shotgun spread at 10 yards. I quickly sold it off...

The LGS is less then 10 minutes and has a indoor range !

My son thought it was a 2.0 when he purchased it used !
i'll give him hell lol
Now if I order any parts I will have the right info
For what I paid for it I am still happy
I did a search and see 1 difference is no fish scales on the front of the slide !

I searched the net and saw 1 big clue is no fish scale on front of slide is a 1.0 :O
Plus a few other things !
But no when I order anything for it I will look at 1.0 model
I also got mixed up in what my son said Hey I'm old LOL
He told me he got a 2.0 and was selling this one for his wife !
