Hello all, I finally decided to goto the AR platform after about 12 years of shooting. I had a PTR 91 and it was nice, but when the receiver showed signs of dimpling, had to let it go. S&W's name speaks for itself and the 308 is a proven round, they had a baby so I adopted.
Picked this NIB S&W 10 on Tuesday and haven't even removed the hand guard label. I want to pop the cherry but think im gonna wait until getting a Troy 13.8 HG and JP muzzle break. Got some good glass (Konus PRO) and bipod, so I'm just buying my time.
Just wanted to say hey and you will probably be seeing me a lot on the forums.
