i hope i didnt get the wrong mag sent to me

I hope someone can help me...I just recently bought a S&W M&P Shield 9mm M 2.0 and i just got a spare mag in the mail today but it says its for the M&P shield 9mm wondering if the mag would work in my pistol? or do i have to try and find M&P Shield 9mm M 2.0 mags?

1.0 and 2.0 mags are the same

The original Shield magazine will work perfectly fine in the 2.0 version...no worries!

As long as it isn't for the Shield EZ Model, it will work just fine.
